Police are investigating after a resident found human remains in the woods near Tilton Road on July 30. Officers and New Jersey State Police dogs located additional remains, and authorities are now working to identify the individual and their cause of death.

An 18-year-old man from Brick died early Thursday morning after his car veered off Squankum Allenwood Road into a wooded area. Wall Township police are currently investigating the single-vehicle crash, and the victim's identity is being withheld pending family notification.
