🚨 NEW YORK MAN ORDERED DETAINED PENDING TRIAL IN SOUTH TOMS RIVER ARSON CASE 🚨

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office announced that 42-year-old Tashaun Normand of Bronx, New York has been ordered to remain detained in the Ocean County Jail pending trial in connection with a South Toms River incident. Normand is facing charges of: 🔹 Two counts of Aggravated Arson 🔹 Two counts of Possession of Destructive Devices According to authorities, the charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 23, 2026, in South Toms River. Officials say Normand was taken into custody on March 30, 2026, in Monroe County, Tennessee by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and was later extradited back to New Jersey on July 21, 2026, where he has remained lodged in the Ocean County Jail. The detention hearing was handled by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. ⚠️ The charges are merely accusations.
