🕊️ MISSING PARSIPPANY SCHOOL COUNSELOR FOUND DEAD IN MADISON PARK

A multi-agency search for a missing Parsippany man has ended after authorities located him deceased in Madison, officials announced. Cavan Londergan, 49, was reported missing after he was last seen Monday in Madison. A search effort involving Madison Police, New Jersey State Police, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit, and the Office of Emergency Management led investigators to Summerhill Park, where he was found Tuesday night. Prosecutors say the investigation remains active, but Londergan’s death is not believed to be suspicious at this time. Londergan was a guidance counselor at Lake Parsippany Elementary School and was well known in the community as an educator, coach, and mentor. He was a Parsippany High School graduate and spent more than two decades teaching and coaching local students.
