🚨 FORT DIX CORRECTIONAL OFFICER CHARGED IN ALLEGED SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH INMATE 🚨

📍 BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — A 27-year-old correctional officer assigned to the Federal Correctional Institution at Fort Dix has been charged in connection with an alleged yearslong sexual relationship with an inmate, federal prosecutors announced.

Authorities allege Jordan Pensak of North Brunswick engaged in a consensual sexual relationship with an inmate beginning in 2024. Investigators say the encounters occurred inside the prison while other inmates were allegedly paid to warn of approaching staff.

According to court documents, investigators also recovered two contraband cellphones containing more than 100 explicit photos and videos. Additional evidence reportedly included text messages discussing the relationship, concerns about an investigation, and possible contraband.

Pensak is charged with sexual abuse of an individual in federal custody. She was released on bail and faces up to 15 years in federal prison if convicted.

Federal prosecutors said Pensak remains employed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The case remains under investigation.
