š Englewood Man Arrested in Teaneck Crack Cocaine Distribution Investigation

Teaneck police arrested a 35-year-old Englewood man after a traffic stop turned up nearly an ounce of crack cocaine. Kadean Warren faces several drug charges, including intent to distribute near a school, and was released pending a trial.
TEANECK, NJ ā August 18, 2026 ā A 35-year-old Englewood man has been arrested after Teaneck police said detectives discovered nearly an ounce of crack cocaine during a traffic stop.
According to Teaneck Deputy Police Chief Seth B. Kriegel, members of the department's Anti-Crime Unit stopped a vehicle driven by Kadean Warren, 35, on Cedar Lane shortly after 6:30 p.m. on August 10.
Police said Warren was found carrying nearly an ounce of crack cocaine that was allegedly packaged in a manner consistent with street-level distribution. šš
Warren was subsequently charged with:
š¹ Two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute š¹ One distribution-related charge involving a location within 1,000 feet of a school š¹ Possession of drug paraphernalia
He was also issued summonses for allegedly having controlled dangerous substances in a motor vehicle.
Warren was booked into the Bergen County Jail shortly after midnight on August 11.
A Superior Court judge in Hackensack later released Warren pending trial.
