A Dunellen Police officer took a unique approach during a special enforcement detail, disguising himself in a ghillie suit to blend in as a shrub while monitoring drivers for violations of New Jersey’s hands-free cellphone law. 📱🚗 Over the course of six hours, the “shrub” detail resulted in 74 summonses issued to drivers accused of using their phones while behind the wheel.
