🚨 DRIVER HOSPITALIZED AFTER OVERTURNED CRASH ON GARDEN STATE PARKWAY IN TINTON FALLS
A driver was hospitalized with minor injuries after two sport utility vehicles crashed on the Garden State Parkway in Tinton Falls Sunday morning. New Jersey State Police reported that a Land Rover hit a Mercedes-Benz, causing it to overturn against a guardrail.
📍 TINTON FALLS, NJ — A driver suffered minor injuries after a crash involving two SUVs on the Garden State Parkway Sunday morning, according to New Jersey State Police.
Troopers responded shortly before 10:30 a.m. to the Parkway’s southbound inner roadway near milepost 106.5 for a reported motor vehicle crash.
According to the preliminary investigation, a Land Rover SUV struck the side of a Mercedes-Benz SUV. The Mercedes-Benz then struck the right guardrail before overturning. 🚙💥
The driver of the Mercedes-Benz suffered minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the New Jersey State Police. 🚔
