🚨 BARRICADE STANDOFF ENDS SAFELY IN RIVERSIDE, SUSPECT IN CUSTODY 🚔

An hours-long barricade situation in Riverside, Burlington County ended safely Thursday morning after police took an armed man into custody.

Officers responded to the 600 block of Bridgeboro Street at approximately 12:30 a.m., where they encountered a man who had barricaded himself while armed.

Following several hours of negotiations, authorities were unable to reach a peaceful surrender through discussion alone. The standoff came to a safe conclusion at approximately 10:40 a.m., when the suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
